Step 1 – Payment Information (Page 2)

On Page 2, enter your full legal name.

Then complete the Payment Total section:

  • If you paid in full, enter the full tuition amount.
  • If you paid less than full tuition, enter the exact amount you paid.

Example:
If full tuition is $2,500 and you paid $1,500, enter $1,500 as your final total paid.

This amount is used to verify your enrollment and payment status.

Step 2 – Agreement (Page 3)

On Page 3, simply:

  • Sign
  • Date

This confirms your agreement to the terms of enrollment.

Step 3 – Referral & Release (Page 4)

On Page 4, complete the “How did you hear about us?” section:

  • If you found this through a teacher or artist, enter their name
    (even if you only saw it on their Instagram or social media).
  • If you found us through another source, enter that instead.

This helps us properly credit our instructors and partners.

Then:

  • Complete the Release Form
  • Sign and date

Once Pages 2–4 are completed and submitted, we will send you access to the full student library and platform.
