READ THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING

All live stream teachers must prepare the following before your workshop is scheduled. If these items are missing or incomplete, we will not book your stream.

✅ 1. Workshop Details (You Provide)

Workshop Title:
A clear, outcome-focused title (no vague topics).

3–5 Learning Outcomes:
What will students actually learn or be able to do after this session?

Target Audience:
Who this is for (e.g., apprentices, shop owners, experienced artists, etc.)

Problem You Solve:
What specific problem this workshop addresses.

📆 2. Scheduling Requirements

Preferred Date & Time:
We book in 4-hour blocks:

• 1 hour tech setup

•  2 hours live session

• 1 hour wrap + Q&A/bonus

Do Not Book Without Availability Confirmation.
Your date must be confirmed before production is scheduled.

Email & Phone (for real-time coordination)

Shirt Size & Shipping Address
We send brand shirts/logos for promotion and filming days.

🎤 4. Technical Requirements

Internet Upload Speed:
Minimum recommended upload for HD streaming:
✔ 10 Mbps or higher  

Recording Location:
Quiet, well-lit, distraction-free space.

Equipment You May Have (check all that apply):

• Smartphone camera

• DSLR/Mirrorless camera

• External microphone (USB/lavalier)

• Lighting (ring light / softbox)

• Laptop/streaming software

If any of these are missing, we will advise alternatives.

🛠 5. Pre-Production Planning

Run-of-Show:
A rough outline of how your live stream will flow — what happens first, middle, and last.  

Rehearsal/Tech-Check Time:
We schedule 30–60 minutes before going live to test:

• audio levels

• camera angles

• internet stability

• screen shares (if used)

📣 6. Promotion Assets (Before Shoot)

You must provide:

✔ Short bio (100–150 words)
✔ Profile photo (high resolution)
✔ 3–5 social media promo captions
✔ 1–2 short vertical promo clips (15–30 sec)
✔ Any worksheets, templates, or downloadable files you plan to offer

These assets must be submitted at least 14 days before your live date so we can brand them and include them in Kajabi.  

🧠 7. Goal & Outcome Commitment

You must commit that this live stream will:

✔ Deliver actionable instruction
✔ Solve a specific problem
✔ Leave students with something they can use immediately
