Welcome to Class Production!
Here’s everything you need to get started so we can launch your class smoothly.


Step 1 - Release Form:

We need your release form saying that we can photograph you, take videos, etc.

Step 2 – Promo Photos & Media Day Prep

If we sent you shirts in advance, here’s what we need now so we can start building your class page: Have fun! These do not need to be professional if you do not have a photographer.

  • Promo shots of you tattooing in your shirt (on a workday if possible).
  • Selfies or portraits in your shirt.
  • Shots of you working in your normal setup.

These images help us promote your class before the official media day.

Step 3 – Pre-Production Form

Below, you will see all of the information we need to build your website profile.

Before your shoot, fill out this form so we have your details and topics ready:

You’ll be asked for:

  • Primary contact name, phone, email
  • Shirt size
  • 3–5 class topics (theory or technique)
  • Supplies you’ll bring / need from us
  • Stencil or freehand
  • Setup time needed
  • Basic ink & needle list

Step 4 – Production Assets

For each tattoo you teach, we’ll need:

  • Stencil files (high-resolution PNG or PDF)

  • Line drawing version (if applicable)

  • Ink list (brand + color name/code)

  • Needle guide (sizes, configurations, and what they’re used for)

  • Reference image(s) (high quality)

  • Full supply list (machine, grip, power supply, fake skin, etc.)

Step 5 – Scheduling

From here, we’ll schedule your Media Day video shoot:

  • If shooting multiple days:

    • Day 1: Media day, commercials, and welcome video

    • Day 2–3: Main 6–8 hour tattoo filming

You’ll complete a pre-production + production assets form for each tattoo we film.
